For the second time around, the Communicators’ Guild of Tarlac State University under the Communication Department was hailed as the overall champion in the 2nd Central Luzon COMMvention of the Holy Angel University on September 26, 2019 in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The TSU group showcased their prowess in the photo story competition, print advertisement, public service announcement, extemporaneous speech, radio drama, and editorial writing which revolved on the theme “Disenthrall: Revolution in Retrospect.” They bested 13 participating private and public colleges and universities in Region III.
The group is led by Communication Department Chairperson Ms. Janice C. de la Cruz and Comm Guild President Jonas Zeth N. Abalos.
